Electrician in Shere
Electrical repairs, fault finding, DB boards, COCs and backup power in Shere. Homes and businesses, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day.
Shere is smallholding country on the edge of Pretoria East, where properties have a house, a few outbuildings and plenty of open ground. The electrical setup on a plot is different from a suburban stand.
Supply comes in at the boundary and has to reach the house, the workers' cottage, the storeroom and the gate, sometimes over quite a distance. Over the years plots like these are often wired in stages, by whoever was available at the time.
Wired in stages
On many plots, each outbuilding was connected when it was built, often with whatever cable was at hand. We see undersized cables, joins buried without proper boxes, and outbuildings with no protection of their own. We can go through the whole property, show you what is safe and what is not, and sort out the worst parts first.
